I know that this cartoon isn't funny. It's far from that as you can get but it's not meant to be. The purpose of this drawing is therapeutic.

1911.10 THE GREAT SHEFFIELD FLOOD... AGAIN

The Sheffield Floods of 2007 were supposed to be a once in a lifetime event yet here we are 12 years later. A month's rain fell in a day on already saturated ground on Friday.
