It's been a few months since I did a post and there's good reason...
That reason is that my head has not been in a good place. I know writing, talking or any other way of expression is good for me but I've just been trying to deny there's a problem.
The pandemic, work and just life have weighed heavily, I just found it harder and harder to express myself.
But I'm trying to move past it and get how I feel out there. I even got out there and finally after 2 year waiting (cancelled because of Covid) I got the Viking music festival I'd planned...
Then earlier this week we had some bad news. My Nan passed away.
She had battled dementia for some time so there is some relief to be had. Still, it has taken some of the polish off the festive season for me.
I'm going to try harder, to create and shine. I like to think I can push through and achieve more - I may scream into the void a few times along the way but I'm determined to get there.
In other news... My dad turned 70 last week.
