CELEBRATING ATREUS

treus is my beloved grandson, and the boy has changed my life in ways I could never have imagined. He has only been around for two years, but already I can’t picture life without him. This weekend marked his second birthday, and we celebrated the occasion with a simple gathering in our garden.

As I’ve mentioned before, Atreus lives with us, along with his parents. It is a bit of a cramped situation at times, but that’s just how things are right now. The party was put together by his parents, bringing together a close circle of grandparents, aunties, and godparents. Plus Magnus, of course, who wouldn't miss it for anything.

There was plenty of fun in the sun, great food, and, of course, cake. As for me? I’m always happiest spending time in my shed, and Magnus was more than happy to keep me company out there while the birthday chaos unfolded.

Two years of pure joy. Happy birthday, little man.
