This post isn't about the 1993 movie nor is it about the American tradition involving a fat ferret.

I don't blog about work. I have to be careful about what I say about work online. It's not like I'm a spy or anything (although if I was I'm guessing I'd say that anyway) they're just very strict. For the most part I enjoy my job, no two days are the same and I like that aspect.

This week however I've be seconded to a community project which has involved delivering a presentation about cyber-bullying and Internet safety to year 6 children. Hmmm, how rewarding you may say. That is until you realise that I've been delivering a 30 minute presentation 8 times a day between Monday and Friday. My mind is like jelly and I'm feeling drained. Part of the presentation involves showing a 6 minute film which has a catchy music track.

I hear this music in my head all the time at the moment. I've seen the film 40 times this week.

Tomorrow I'm back on my 'day' job (I'm working the weekend) and whilst I've found this week exhausting, I'll be relieved to getting back to the variety I enjoy normally. My 'weekend' starts Monday and this week I'll have earned it.
